AWS Cloud Migration: On-Premise to Cloud Transformation
Led enterprise cloud migration project moving monolithic on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud with zero downtime. Migrated 15TB of data, 50+ applications and 30+ databases through a carefully orchestrated phased strategy.
The architecture incorporated microservices, containerization, and hybrid networking during transition phases with VPN connectivity and DNS failover planning. The migration reduced infrastructure costs by 42% and improved uptime from 99.95% to 99.99%.

AWS Environment Provisioning & Management Framework
Built automated framework for provisioning standardized AWS environments including development, staging and production. The system uses AWS Organizations and Control Tower to create secure multi-account infrastructure with centralized logging and governance.
